on Yoga:
I've
always been attracted to modalities that have healing aspects
to them, which is what I love most about Kundalini Yoga. It
presents you with the tools/know how to heal yourself, others,
the world, with a strong emphasis on service to others and the
importance of daily practice or sadhana in your life. Through
the practice of breathing techniques, exercises/postures, mantras,
meditations, relaxation, and chanting, you are exposed to a
deepening sense of interconnectedness with everything in the
universe and a sense of oneness with yourself and the creator.
To quote Gurmukh, "Yoga is not about self-empowerment,
it is about self-acceptance."
